I really enjoyed my time in this clean, low-budget hotel. The staff were very nice, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. I requested a deluxe king studio, and it was spotlessly clean, warm, and featured high ceilings.

It was close to the trainstation and smack dab in the middle of a large group of restauraunts.

The room was dusty. The mini-fridge wasn't installed in the cabinent yet. The shower door leaked and the top head was loose; it seemed pre- used. They neglected to give us clean towels or toilet paper; we had to ask for it. The staff was never there unless it was to collect money.

fairly clean place and responsive staff, liked comfy location. our rooms were quiet and warm, with high ceiling. location: the hotel was adjacent to transport especially tourist buses as well as termini-main train station. we found there lots of restaurants to eat, like osteria da luciano that is only 5 minutes' walk away. the stay was perfectly pleasant.

Great little spot with an AMAZING location just a stone's throw away from the train station, a café, and all the key spots in town! 🌟.

The hotel had a central setting near the center. My room was large and perfect and the bed was comfortable. Helpful staff suggested restaurants.

The New Inn is a gorgeous place with a fairly clean environment and great value. The staff are incredibly nice and excellent at ensuring a pleasant stay. There’s a wonderful variety of good food available for meals. The location is marvellous and comfortable, situated just off the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore and close to city sights. It’s also conveniently near Termini! 😊.

Next to termini station pratical when you arrive from the airport, and when you need to leave (not to early, train for the airport start at 5.50am). Next to the subway station

No room for the breakfast, we had to go out from the hotel to go to a café. Same for the evening you had to go out to have dinner; the appartment is located in a flat renovated as an hotel, quite unexpected and not easy to find; room could have been cleaner, the bin had not been changed on the first day.
